Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy from The Toko's. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • You initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

 We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/style, or size issues unless there was a product mismatch.


🔁 How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and images of the product (if damaged/defective).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


🔄 Replacements

  • If stock is available, we offer free replacements for damaged or incorrect items.

  • If not, we will issue a full refund.

  • Returns not meeting the above criteria may be rejected.

  • The Toko's reserves the right to make the final decision on all return/refund requests.
